To say success in the acting world was a long, winding road for Tanya Franks would be very accurate. For about 14 years she worked in and around the theatre in her native England and throughout Europe until landing a role on the popular soap opera Family Affairs. After more than 120 episodes of the show, she found herself with a lot more options and quickly moved on to appearing in a number of TV shows including the hit series Broadchurch. She has used her success to give back to the theatre community she came from, creating a production company that has now put on a number of shows.
